![]() This program is open to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who have taken or are taking French. When the French students come to Foxborough, they in turn participate in the family life of their “American Family”, attend classes and visit Boston as well as other places of interest in Massachusetts. Students traveling to France are treated as members of their French family and are encouraged to participate fully in family activities and to practice their French. Students who take part in the exchange program travel to France for 10 days, stay with a French Family, attend classes at the French High School when possible and visit places of interest in Paris, Normandy and the Loire Valley. Grant Foxborough High School French Exchange is an exchange program between the Lycée Jacques Prévert in Longjumeau, France and Foxborough High School. If you like WWII and games this club is for you. Beginners are welcome as we will teach you rules. We typically meet once a month for about 4 hours after school upstairs in the Media Center. It is set at the “company” level with each figure representing one model or squad. Tanks, infantry, artillery and planes are all represented in this game. Kaeser ( of War is a tabletop miniatures game set in World War II. McCabe ( prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in Marketing, Finance, Hospitality and Management through a series of business oriented competitions and leadership academies. Students who participate find it exciting, rewarding and lots of fun. At the end of each season, awards are presented to the best individual and team debaters from the participating schools. Each team is judged and scored on both their knowledge of the debate topic as well as their debating and public speaking skills. The debates are both entertaining and competitive. As a founding member of the Eastern Massachusetts Debate League, FHS debate teams take part in nine rounds of debate with 11 area schools from Eastern Massachusetts each year. Ferbert Debate Team is made up of students from a variety of grades who share a common appreciation and enthusiasm for debate and competition. Helping our youth make gingerbread houses in December is also a great event. We typically meet twice a month for meetings as well as events throughout the year. We also work with Meals on Wheels, Cradles to Crayons, and local PTOs. Activities have included collecting needed items for clothing, book, and food drives. Keller Warriors is a community based service club that helps Foxborough and the surrounding towns. As members of the Be the Change team, students in grades 9-12 organize activities and events throughout the year that promotes a culture of pride, foster a culture of acceptance, and provide opportunities for service. Fay the Change is about creating a culture of acceptance and compassion both in our school and in our community. ![]() Best Buddies introduces socialization opportunities, providing the necessary tools for people with intellectual disabilities to become more independent and, consequently, more included in the community. By introducing Best Buddies to public and private high schools, we are crossing the invisible line that too often separates those with disabilities from those without. Griffin Buddies at the High School matches students with intellectual disabilities with high school students from general education to create one-on-one friendships. ![]() **Students must be invited to join this club. The NAHS strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service. In 1978, the National Art Education Association began the National Art Honor Society program to inspire and recognize students who have shown an outstanding ability and interest in art. Trice Foxborough High School Chapter of the National Art Honor Society (NAHS) is designed specifically for high school students in grades 10-12. ![]()
